3.90 Main Menu Reorganization

The Main Menu - User Access article can be reviewed to learn about the platform’s dashboard widgets role-based access control (RBAC).

HelioCampus will be implementing a reorganization of the platform’s Main Menu. Changes have been released with version 3.90 as follows:

  • May 1, 2023: Release to training sites

  • June 2023: Production Release

The changes to the Main Menu affect only two menu items - Report Dashboard > Report Library & Faculty Portfolio > Faculty Portfolio Manager and will affect Course Section Director, Instructor, and Teaching Assistant roles; the Student role will not be impacted. This article's Quick Reference of Menu Title Changes section can be reviewed for quick-view information on additional affected roles. 

My Dashboard

The AEFIS Dashboard menu item has been retitled to My Dashboard; no other revisions were made.
