Data Sets

Two new data sets are now available. Learn more about Data Sets.

  • Program Management Analysis: This Data Set exports a comprehensive CSV summary of program & assessment details, including program metadata, outcomes, Program Assessments, and information about the current status of assignment linking, neatly organized by Program Curriculum Mapping. Learn more.

  • Assignment Linking Analysis by Course Section: This Data Set exports a comprehensive CSV summary of program & assessment details, including program metadata, outcomes, Program Assessments, and information about the current status of assignment linking, neatly organized by Course/Co-Curricular Section. Learn more.

Report Library

A new section titled Recent History has been added to the Report Library; this section will display the five most recently generated reports in descending order, with the most recently generated report at the top of the list. When a report displayed in Recent History is generated, it will retain the same parameters as the last time it was generated.

Assessment Data Analysis

The Assessment Data Analysis report has been enhanced to allow select-all functionality for the following parameters:

  • Items to Report

  • Academic Year

  • Program

  • Term

When configuring these parameters, Select All/Deselect All (1) are available and selected items will display a checkmark to the right (2).

Data Collection Form Status Report

The Data Collection Form Status report has been enhanced to include forms in Not Started status, enabling all forms to display in the report output and provide better insight into form participants and their form progress.

Dashboard Widgets

The Reports dashboard widget has been enhanced to display the newly added Recent History section of the Report Library. Learn more about Dashboard Widgets and their role-based access.

Platform

User Interface Enhancements

The Department Manager and Administrative Unit Manager pages have been updated with an improved user interface. By using the Actions menu, users can click Manage to access the Department/Administrative Unit Homepage or click Details to see quick-glance information. Manager pages

Infinite scrolling functionality has been enhanced for the following manager pages:

When viewing these manager pages, with or without filters applied, the total number of records shown on the page compared to the total number of records displayed will be shown in the bottom right.

Programs

The Publish Program pop-up interface has been enhanced with new functionality for Program Assessment when publishing a program. When publishing a program with assessments in any status, Institutions can now choose which assessments to associate with the latest version of the program and which should remain associated with the old version. When the Update toggle is enabled for an assessment (1), the End Date field will become editable, and a new end date can be defined for the assessment. Learn more about Programs.

Surveys

To ensure student anonymity, students' names have been removed from the top of all survey forms; the number of sections and questions remains for review purposes. Learn more about Surveys.

Terms

Institution Admins can extend/reopen terms by navigating to the Term Manager and selecting Reopen from the Actions drop-down. A new Term End Date can be defined via the Reopen/Extend Term pop-up. Once saved, the new end date will be applied, and the term status will be updated to In Progress. To utilize this functionality, please contact Support. Learn more about terms.
