Analytics
The Assignment Analysis Results report has been enhanced to allow filtering by Student Degree and Student Minor when degree information is provided via the Student Data File. Learn more about Analytics.

Batch Processes
Previously, College and Department name changes were only supported through the platform User Interface. The daily import has been enhanced to support name changes for existing Colleges and Departments within the platform.

Course Sections & Co-Curricular Sections
Course Section Manager
The CSV export of the Course Section Manager page has been enhanced to include new columns located between the existing Name and Credit columns:

The new Primary Instructor column will display the Co-Curricular Section Director(s); if multiple exist, they will be comma-separated.

The new Instructor column will display the Instructors, Teaching Assistants, and Preceptors; if multiple exist, they will be comma-separated.

Co-Curricular Section Manager
When filtering the Co-Curricular Section Manager by Term, the None option has been updated to Non-Term-Based.

When a Non-Term-Based Co-Curricular Section is created, the Term column of the Co-Curricular Section Manager will be blank. For Term-Based Co-Curricular Sections, the Term column will display the term selected when creating a Term-Based Co-Curricular Section. For Non-Term-Based Co-Curricular Sections, the Start Date and End Date columns will display the dates configured when the Non-Term-Based Co-Curricular Section was created.

Co-Curricular Section Creation
When creating a Co-Curricular Section, the This Co-Curricular Section is Aligned to a Term checkbox has been updated to This is a Term-Based Co-Curricular Section. This checkbox will be checked by default; when unchecked, the Add Co-Curricular Sections popup will display Co-Curricular Start/End Date fields to support the creation of Non-Term-Based Co-Curricular Sections.

Assignments Page
The Assignments page has been enhanced by combining and reducing the tabs used to filter assignments. The Completed and Invalid tabs were replaced by new tabs titled All Assignments and Ongoing. The Requires Action tab has been enhanced to more clearly identify which assignments require intervention.

Displays all associated assignments; ordering has been added to list assignments alphabetically.

Messaging has been added to identify which assignments are problematic and what steps should be taken to resolve the issue(s).

Previously titled Incomplete. Displays all ongoing valid assignments in Pending, Active, In Progress, or Pending Scores statuses.

Displays assignments awaiting import, assignments that include an invalid score, or assignments that are invalid due to a copy failure.

Section History
The Section History page for Co-Curricular Sections has been updated to remove the Term column and replace it with Start and End Date columns to represent Non-Term-Based information more efficiently.
Dashboard Widgets

A new header, Co-Curricular Sections, has been added to the My Course Sections & Syllabi. All active sections will display with start/end dates instead of a term assignment to represent Non-Term-Based information more efficiently.

The My Assignments & My Direct Assessment dashboard widgets have been updated to remove terms from the display. They will now show start and end dates to more efficiently represent Non-Term-Based information.
Data Collection
Workflow Stage Settings
The Workflow Stage Settings section has been updated with new messaging to clarify that the configuration of emails is unique to each step in the workflow, and that emails are organized by the receiver of the form.

Task Approver
The Task Approver section has been renamed to Committee Voting and Approval, and the Enable Comment toggle has been renamed to Enable Committee Voting. When enabled and configured, temporary voting/comment functionality is available within a Data Collection form, allowing for collaborative review and discussion within Committee Meetings.

Any Approval: Selecting this option means that any member of the committee can make a final decision and move the form through the workflow.

Role Approval: Selecting this option creates a Committee Chair to review all votes submitted by the committee (which they are a part of) to make a final decision. The Committee Chair submits their vote and then has the opportunity to review all votes to make a decision and move the form through the workflow.
Data Collection Form Notifications
New Dynamic Text variables have been added to Data Collection Form Notifications configured via Data Collection Homepage > Workflow Configuration. By default, the new {{Business Object}} and {{Form URL}} variables are automatically included in new form notifications and reminder notifications. Additional newly added Dynamic Text variables can be added to Data Collection Form Notifications by clicking the Dynamic Text button and selecting from the available categories and variables:

Surveys
Messaging has been updated for survey aggregate results that have exceeded the 500 record limit. Updated messaging has been added to Text/Memo and Instructor Text/Memo question types and will indicate where a complete list of open-ended responses can be viewed.

Terms

The term creation and revision functionality (via user interface or template upload) has been updated to prevent the creation of a term that uses an exact match of a Term Code already in use within the system (regardless of term status). The platform will block the creation of such a term, thereby ensuring that the system's database remains uncluttered with duplicate entries. A warning message will be displayed in the platform's upper right.

Additionally, when editing a term (via user interface or template upload), the editing of any fields (including all dates associated with a term) will be blocked if the term status is Completed; this update further enhances the platform’s historical data capabilities. In the left-hand example, the yellow warning message indicates that the term being updated is in Completed status; therefore, no updates will be processed for the term.
