-
Editing Published & Viewed Stories
Once a story has been published and shared, it cannot be reverted to Draft status if it has been viewed. If a published and viewed story needs to be edited, the platform will instead create a copy of the story to enable editing. This is to maintain historical data on stories that have already been viewed.
-
Navigate to Main Menu > My Learning Journey, and from the expanded kebab menu, click Edit Story.
-
Via the story homepage, click Edit Story.
-
Published stories that have been viewed cannot be edited. Instead, to make changes, click Create a Copy.
-
The platform will automatically create a copy of the story in Draft status to provide full edit capabilities (1). Once editing is complete, the copy can be published. Learn more about publishing stories.
