Learn about managing a survey schedules survey list by watching a quick video walkthrough!


The Survey List page of the Survey Schedule Homepage automatically populates once a schedule has generated survey instances. Once a survey schedule has been published, survey instances will be created immediately for terms that are already activated (i.e., the term activation date has passed); for terms still in Pending status, survey instances will be created once the term’s activation date has been met. The Survey List Manager provides easy access to the homepage of a survey, otherwise accessed by navigating to Main Menu > Surveys > Survey Manager and searching.

Search and filter functionality. If filters have been applied, they will display beside the search field and can be removed by clicking the X.

The College and Term configured during survey schedule creation.

The survey start and end date configured during survey schedule creation.

The number of Course Sections assigned to the survey.

The percentage of survey responses. Hovering over the percentage meter will display the count of completed surveys compared to the total count of surveys generated by the schedule.

To view the Survey Homepage, click Manage. Clicking the drop-down menu and selecting Results will display the Survey Results page of the Survey Homepage.

The manager view can be exported to PDF or printed.
