📙 Knowledge Base Tip: Reviewing the Outcomes Library article before editing outcome set details is recommended.
Navigating to the Details page from the Outcome Set Homepage allows users to manage outcome set details such as name, code, etc. When in Draft status, all fields are editable with the code and name (1) and the set type (2) being required; in In Revision status, only the outcome set code and name (1), and description can be edited. Once edits have been made, click Save prior to publishing or navigating away from the Details page.
