The Associated Survey page provides a centralized view of each survey instance generated from a survey schedule. Use this page to review recurring term-based surveys, monitor participation and completion details, and open an individual survey instance for further management. If a survey is scheduled to recur, a new survey instance will be generated on the term activation date for every term that matches the term type of the initial term selected.

Search functionality is available (1), and if filters have been applied, they will display below the search bar and can be removed individually or in bulk. Each row displays information about an associated survey, including its name, type, and schedule (2); clicking the name will navigate to an individual survey instance homepage. Select the survey name to open and view its details. The # Sections column (3) shows the number of course sections associated with the survey, while the # Users column (3) shows the total number of assigned participants. The % Response column (3) displays the survey’s completion rate and the number of submitted responses out of the total number of participants, helping to monitor response progress at a glance.
