Outcome Designer	Edits can’t be made to outcomes once the associated outcome set is published. Instead, outcomes must be copied to make edits; from there, edits can be made to the copy. A new section was added for editing outcomes: Outcome Designer
Assessment Manager	The Assessment Manager content was updated to include information for when the End Date column is blank. A new Assessment FAQ section was added. Assessment Manager
Refreshing LMS Assignments	LMS Assignments can be manually refreshed via the Assignment Linking Manager. A new section was added for refreshing LMS assignments. Assignment Linking Manager
Deleted Co-Curricular Sections	While in Draft or Faculty Pending status, and before the the term end date or Co-Curricular Section end has been reached, sections can be deleted. New content for deleting Co-Curricular Sections was added to the Statuses section. Co-Curricular Sections
Removing Courses and Course Sections With Data Files	Courses and course sections can’t be removed from the platform via the Course Catalog or Course Section data files, they must be manually archived via the Course Manager or Course Section Manager. Course Revision	Revising a course has irreversible downstream impacts on associated course sections, programs, surveys, assessments, and data collections. New Article: Course Revision
CLO Revision Methods	Editing or removing CLOs can have downstream impacts to active and future course sections, or only future course sections, depending on the course revision method. A new section was added for editing or removing CLOs: Course Learning Outcomes
Course Details	Edits to the course code, name, and description can be provided to HelioCampus via the data file. New content was added for contacting Support if edits are not reflected: Course Details

Nightly Import Error Emails	The Section & Enrollment Count nightly import error email can be bypassed if an Institution is expecting a difference in enrollment. Attachment File Types & Sizes	The platform accepts all file types up to 500 mb, however preview functionality is limited to specific file types. New article: Attachment File Types & Sizes

Archiving Programs	Programs can be archived via the Program Homepage to indicate that a program is discontinued; this is a permanent action that an Institution cannot reverse. New sections were added for program archiving, FAQs: Programs
Educational Experiences	When there are experiences associated with an outdated course version, the program’s Educational Experiences page will show a banner regarding which experiences are outdated. There’s an easy fix when happens. A new section was added for updating educational experiences: Program Educational Experiences
Program Settings	When assessments are enabled, at least one course section associated with a term must be in Published status in order for a term to display for selection in the active or in progress term selection dropdown. A new product tip was added to the Assessment Settings section. The Program Assessment Settings section was updated to clarify enabled/disabled configuration information. Program Settings
Survey Instance Creation	Survey instances are created based on the associated term’s status being Pending or Active. New content was added: Survey List
