Edits can’t be made to outcomes once the associated outcome set is published. Instead, outcomes must be copied to make edits; from there, edits can be made to the copy.

Refreshing LMS Assignments

LMS Assignments can be manually refreshed via the Assignment Linking Manager.

Deleted Co-Curricular Sections

While in Draft or Faculty Pending status, and before the the term end date or Co-Curricular Section end has been reached, sections can be deleted.

Removing Courses and Course Sections With Data Files

Courses and course sections can’t be removed from the platform via the Course Catalog or Course Section data files, they must be manually archived via the Course Manager or Course Section Manager. A new product tip was added to these articles:

Revising a course has irreversible downstream impacts on associated course sections, programs, surveys, assessments, and data collections.

Educational Experiences

When there are experiences associated with an outdated course version, the program’s Educational Experiences page will show a banner regarding which experiences are outdated. There’s an easy fix when happens.
