Report Library
The Report Library has been updated with an improved user interface. Search and filter functionality (1) is now available to locate reports quickly, and recently used reports are easily accessible (2). Seamless navigation between the Report Library and a user’s saved reports is available (3), and clicking Go To Report (4) provides access to configure parameters and generate a report. Dashboard Widgets
The Reports dashboard widget has been enhanced to provide seamless navigation to recent and saved reports. The My Recent History section (1) displays reports recently accessed by the logged-in user. The My Saved Reports section (2) displays reports saved by the logged-in user; if a saved report is accessed via the Reports dashboard widget, the report will automatically generate without requiring that parameters be reconfigured. Clicking Go to Report Library (3) will automatically redirect the user to the Report Library, where additional reports can be selected.

Data Collection
The Participant page functionality has been enhanced to automatically update the include/exclude group configurations when changes are made to the Organizational Hierarchy. Additionally, to improve page performance when selecting all Colleges/Departments, the platform will display ‘All Colleges/Admin Divisions’ or ‘All Departments/Admin Units’ instead of individually listing all Colleges and Departments in the hierarchy. LMS Integrations
Integration with the D2L Learning Management System (LMS) has been enhanced for HelioCampus to support D2L quizzes, including those using question pools. The platform can now access the following data:

Programs
Program Publishing
Institution Managers can now bulk publish programs in Draft status via the Program Manager. Selecting one or more programs will activate the Publish button; when clicked, the platform publishes all selected programs and automatically updates the statuses to Published.

Disabling Program Assessments
When disabling assessments for a program, the Existing Assessments Warning pop-up has been updated with new verbiage and functionality for deleting pending/in progress Program and Juried Assessments. When Juried Assessments are enabled, the pop-up will display two delete options that are disabled by default:
Delete Pending/In Progress Juried Assessments: Only available if Juried Assessments were previously enabled and are now being disabled, AND at least one pending/in progress Juried Assessment exists.

Delete Pending/In Progress Program Assessments: Only available if Program Assessments were previously enabled and are now being disabled, AND at least one pending/in progress Program Assessment exists.

Surveys

User Accounts
When assigning roles in bulk via the export/import template, role assignment capabilities have been expanded to include Instructor, Preceptor, Course Section Director, and Teaching Assistant user roles. Additionally, Institution Admins can now use the export/import template to remove a role from a user.

For cases where Institutional Admins do not wish to use the export/import template process or when managing a smaller number of users in bulk, user roles can also now be added or removed by expanding the kebab menu and selecting the Add Roles or Remove Role option.
