Based on the logged-in user’s assigned role(s), dashboard widgets utilize role-based access control (RBAC); this simplifies the My Dashboard platform page interface and only displays dashboard widgets that apply to the logged-in user.

  • Dashboard widgets are included below, with user role access to each widget; roles are listed alphabetically.

For Institutions running data collection workflows, this dashboard widget will display all open forms associated with the logged-in user.

My Assignments

Displays assignments that require student attention; for example, assignments where a student must submit work will be displayed here to notify students of availability. By expanding the kebab menu, the dashboard data can be filtered for assignments requiring submission or completed assignments.

My Course Evaluations

Displays evaluations and surveys for the class/Instructor for a specific term, along with metrics, responses, and actions of the evaluations. By expanding the kebab menu, the dashboard data can be filtered for current terms or previous terms.

The color indicators for this widget indicate the following percentage rates:

  • 0-24% = Red

  • 25-49% = Orange

  • 50-74% = Yellow

  • 75-100% = Green

My Course Sections & Syllabi

Displays all courses a student or Insturctor is associated with. By expanding the kebab menu, the dashboard data can be filtered for current terms or previous terms.

My Data Collection Forms

If the logged-in user is associated with any data collection workflows, the history of their form submission will appear here.

My Direct Assessments

Displays all actively running or previous direct assessments for with the logged-in user’s associated course sections. The result of a direct assessment can be found by selecting the graph icon next to an assessment.

My Document Requests

If a large report export is requested from the Report Library, the platform will process the request, and once the export is available, it will be displayed in this dashboard widget.

My Practicum Forms

Platform Tip

Platform functionality to support practicums is disabled by default; contact Support to discuss the utilization of this platform feature.

If a student is enrolled in a course that includes an internship or practicum, and a practicum survey occurs during that course, the student will have access to their portion of the form process through this widget.  Expanding the kebab menu, the dashboard data can be filtered for available, in progress, completed forms, or forms submitted by an instructor.

My Surveys

Displays surveys associated with a student. By expanding the kebab menu, the dashboard data can be filtered for open surveys or completed surveys, or the survey calendar can be opened.

Displays recent report history and reports saved by the logged-in user.
