Associated Non-Term Based Co-Curricular Sections cannot be included in Surveys or Program Assessments.

These settings are available at all levels of the Organizational Hierarchy. Additionally, settings can be locked to prevent them from being configured at a lower level of the Organizational Hierarchy.
Assessment by Program Settings
By default, the Allow Assessment of this Co-Curricular Activity by an Associated Program can be enabled to allow assessment of a Co-Curricular Section via an associated Program.
Assessment & Assignment Settings
Assessment and Assignment Settings Define the criteria of when assessment data (per Student) can be aggregated.

When Submit Assessment Results Even if all Grades are Not Completed is enabled, the platform will aggregate the assignment scores linked to one or more outcomes for all the Students' enrollment even if one or more students do not have an assignment score.
Example
If there are 20 students enrolled, and 18 out of 20 students have scores for an assignment linked to an outcome, the platform will aggregate the data for the 18 students that have an assignment score for the linked outcome.

When Submit Score as Assessment Result if Rubric Assessment is Missing is enabled, the platform will pull the final assignment score for the Student from the LMS.
Example
If a rubric criteria of an LMS Assignment is linked to an outcome and a student is not scored on that rubric criteria:

When enabled, the platform will pull the students the final score of the assignment for the student.

When disabled, the aggregation process will skip the student and only aggregate for the students that were scored on the rubric criteria.
Assignment Student Notifications
The Assignment Student Notifications notifies Students that they have an assignment available; the reminder email can remind students to upload their submission. Notification verbiage, reminder verbiage, and reminder frequency may be customized as needed.
Assignment Instructor Notifications
The Assignment Instructor Notification notifies Instructors that an assignment has been completed. Notification verbiage may be customized as needed.
