Dynamic Text

Dynamic text enables the automatic retrieval of custom information from fields within the platform into notification templates, indicated by text within curly brackets (such as {{example}}). Variables associated with a template are the only variables that can be added to the template. Dynamic text variables are available through a dropdown menu when editing templates, ensuring users select valid field options rather than entering them manually or creating invalid variables.

In the example below, dynamic text variables will automatically fill in the document name, the receiving user's username, and a platform URL for the document.
