Course Section Assignment Linking UI Change
The new UI for the course section assignment linking page is being deployed with this release to your production site. If you already were using the new UI, no changes will be made to the page.
Improvements
Survey Schedules
The "Run this Survey Schedule every Term" setting, which is applied in the survey schedule setup wizard, now includes both in-progress terms and activated terms when those terms share the same term type. Previously, this setting only allowed immediate survey instance generation for existing terms with an activated status, not those with an in-progress status.
The survey participant group wizard now automatically filters the include/exclude group options based on the permission level of the user scheduling the survey. For example, if you are a College Admin for the College of Engineering, the wizard will default to College/Admin Unit = Engineering automatically.
Rollup Questions
Course Revision is no longer required to update rollup questions added at the Course/Co-curricular activity level may now be edited without revising and republishing the Course/Co-curricular activity. There is a new pop up wizard which allows the user updating the Course/Co-Curricular Activity survey questions to decide whether to apply those questions to the active and in-progress surveys or just for surveys in future terms, as seen below.
Survey Home Page Graphs
This page was rewritten to improve the survey metric trend graphs aggregate results and display. They are now in alignment with the results on the Survey Results screen of the survey.
Survey Individual Results Page - Instructor Only Filter
A filter to allow users to toggle the results to only display instructor only-type questions is now included in this page, and the individual results can be exported only by the instructor related to the responses.
Courses
The course manager now allows users to bulk publish courses with In-Revision status. Previously, only courses with a Draft status could be bulk-published.
Direct Assessment Graphs Report
The trend line in this report, which corresponds to the success level set by the proficiency scale goals for the programs, is now displayed in black, which improves the accessibility of the graph results. Previously, these success level trend lines displayed in varied colors that could overlap with the chosen proficiency scale colors causing display issues.

Syllabus
Course Section Syllabus Form
The internal notes to the faculty on the section level syllabi were viewable to students. This issue is now resolved.
Required Section Level Syllabus Items Block Course Publishing
An issue where required items in the course syllabus that are intended to be updated at the section syllabus level blocked publishing of the course is now resolved. Now, the course publishing will only be blocked if a Course Edit Only syllabus form section that is also marked as Required is blank in the course syllabus. The system will ignore non Course Edit Only required items.
Course Section Syllabus Page
The Course Section syllabus no longer displays Edit or Reset buttons for sections once the term is complete.
Public Syllabus Link
An issue corrupting the public syllabi links caused by a previous release is now resolved and the public syllabus opens as expected.
PLO/CLO Direct Assessment Report
When CLO Assessment type was selected, the report got stuck in a filter refresh loop preventing the user from running the report. This issue is now resolved.
User Account Report
The "Roles" filter parameter once again returns the expected role results.
Student Course Evaluation Metric Trend Analysis Report
The instructor parameter was removed from this report as the results are not instructor-specific.
Programs
The Program assessment performance goal may not be edited if there is a currently active or in progress assessment.
Archived Program Curriculum Mapping Issue
Previously, users were able to create assignment links to PLOs in programs that were archived, and also complete CLO>Assignment links for CLOs mapped to PLOs in archived programs. This caused reporting issues. It is no longer possible to create links to outcomes related to archived programs.
Program Archiving - In Revision
Users may not archive programs where an In Revision copy of the program is still present in the system. The In Revision copy must be deleted prior to archiving the Program.
Surveys
The number of survey questions in the header of the survey form displayed to students now displays the correct number of survey questions again as expected.
Faculty Activity Report
The Academic Year Display field now displays as XXXX-XXXX to reflect what is seen in the Teaching and Advising section of the portfolio.
Status Field
Portfolios with no status are no longer displayed as draft in this report results field. Other Portolio statuses are also displayed as expected in the results.
