Downstream & Cross Platform Impacts
-
Reporting and Results: Survey results, response counts, completion rates, and related reports will change until the participant resubmits the form.
-
Notifications and Follow-Up: Any workflows, reminders, or follow-up activities that depend on submitted responses may need review after the form is unsubmitted.
-
Data Consistency: Downstream integrations that use survey submission data may not reflect the updated response status until data refreshes or syncs are complete.
Considerations
-
Survey Status: Survey forms can only be unsubmitted while the survey is In Progress. If the survey is Completed, reopen the survey before attempting to unsubmit the form.
-
Reopening Requirements: Reopening a completed survey requires a new survey end date and results available date. Confirm the updated dates before reopening the survey.
-
Participant Resubmission: Unsubmitting a survey form allows the participant to access the survey again and submit a new response while the survey remains In Progress.
