📙 Knowledge Base Tip: Reviewing the Programs article before editing Program Details is recommended.

The Program Details page is accessed via the Program Homepage and can be edited when Programs are in Draft and In Revision statuses. Utilization of Program Details is limited to Institution, College, and Department Administrators, as well as Program Coordinators. Program Attributes display the name, associated College/Administrative Division and Department/Administrative Unit, and the related degree(s).
Users can be granted access to a program as Program Coordinators by clicking the Add Coordinator button (1). Once added, the users' existing platform roles will display, and the Program Coordinator (PRGCOORD) user role will automatically be added to the user profile (2). Program Coordinators can be removed by clicking the Delete Coordinator option (3).
