Faculty Portfolio
File Uploads
The upload manager in the faculty portfolio now offers additional details and the option to select and upload multiple documents at the same time.
Faculty Portfolio and Annual Review/Promotion + Tenure Forms
In the case where a faculty portfolio contains no data for a particular category, the faculty portfolio and the annual review/promotion + tenure data collection forms will hide that category rather than displaying the category name and blank space or the message "No data found for the faculty." In addition, the parent categories are now formatted in a header style, including underline.
Canvas Integration
When the same students are enrolled in both the parent and child in a cross-listed Canvas course, assignments will not show up twice in the AEFIS assignment list per student. It will only display one of the assignments even if the assignment is repeated in both the parent and child cross-listed sections in Canvas.
Programs
New programs in Draft status are now available to add to Program Coordinator user roles in the user role manager. Previously Program Coordinators could only be added to Draft status programs through the program home page itself, and only one Program Coordinator could be added to programs in Draft status. Now, multiple different Program Coordinators can work on a new program together prior to publication.
User Accounts Report
Draft status (never published) programs are now available in the programs parameter of this report. It now generates results for users assigned as the Program Coordinator when the associated program is not published and in Draft status.

Copy Feature
The copy feature in data collections, utilized when data collections refer to previous year's forms, is now functioning as expected and copying data from previous forms.
Form Aggregate Results
An issue with the formatting of the attached student artifact file names impacting the display of aggregate results in assessment data collection forms is resolved.
Program Outcomes Form
An issue preventing the deletion of outcomes added through the program outcomes form is now resolved. Outcomes added through this form may be deleted as expected prior to submission of the form.
Self Study
Evidence Bank - Accreditor Filter
Users can sort and view artifacts in the evidence bank based on the selected accrediting body as expected.
Assignment Linking Manager
Learning Management System (LMS) assignments may now be linked to outcomes when both rubrics and quizzes are included in the section assignments. An issue where the inclusion of quizzes caused an error in assignment linking is now resolved.
Data Collection Details Audit Report
The field data from "Form Item" is restored in exports of this report. Now the specific form responses from your data collection form can be included in this report as expected when selecting that item from the report parameters
