Email Queue Manager

Learn about the Email Queue Manager by watching a quick walkthrough video!

Users can manage emails associated with a survey by navigating to Survey Instance Homepage > Information > Email Queue Manager. The platform retains these emails for a minimum of six months, and the following user roles have permission to view and manage them via the Email Queue Manager.

  • Institution Admin

  • College Admin

  • Department Admin

  • Institution Survey Admin

  • College Survey Admin

  • Department Survey Admin

Search and filter functionality. If filters have been applied, they will display beside the search field and can be removed by clicking the X.

The recipient email, sender email, and email subject line.

  • Once an email has been sent, the Sent column will display a green checkmark.

  • Multiple email notifications with the same subject or body will not be sent to the same person within the same 24 hours and will instead, be placed on hold. If an email has been put on hold, the On Hold column will display a green checkmark.

  • The Sent Date column will automatically populate once an email has been sent.

  • Hovering over the date in the Updated column will display the creation and last updated details.

The manager view can be exported to PDF or CSV format or printed.

  • Preview can be clicked to view the email’s subject, to/from addresses, and body.

  • When clicked, Hold will pause the sending of an email. When an email is on hold, the Resume option will be available, and when clicked, the email will no longer be paused, and sending will resume.
