Assignment Detail Audit

Description: In this report, a user is able to query course sections to report on assignments at the department, course and course section levels.  Details include:

  • Assignment status

  • Start/End/Due Date

  • Assignment Type

  • Assessment method: single vs multiple assessors

  • Maximum score

  • Rubric criteria details

Applicable to: Institution Admin, College Admin, Course Designer - College, Course Coordinator,  Department Admin, Department Committee, Course Section Director, Instructor

Step-by-Step... 

Step 1: Log into your AEFIS account 

Step 2: Select the three white horizontal lines in the left-hand corner to open the AEFIS Main Menu

Step 3: Navigate to Analytics > Report Dashboard 

Step 4: Select the Assignment Detail Audit

Step 5: Fill out the following parameters 

  • College Select/Deselect All

  • Department Select/Deselect All

  • Term Select/Deselect All

  • Assignment Level 

    • Course Assignments

    • Course Section Assignments 

    • Both

  • Course Optional

  • Course Section Optional

  • Hide Parameters in Report Results: When enabled, the parameters configured for the report results will not be included in the report output. When disabled, parameters and their selections will be included in the report output.

Step 6: Select the Run Report button
