Assessment Evaluation Settings

To allow assessment of a Co-Curricular Activity via an associated Program, Allow Assessment of this Course by an Associated Program can be enabled.

Associated Non-Term Based Co-Curricular Sections cannot be included in Surveys or Program Assessments. Please contact Support with concerns.

The Enable Action Item for Course-Level Assessments setting can be enabled when Co-Curricular Activity-level assessment is being utilized. This ensures that assessment tasks for the Co-Curricular Activity will be displayed via the platform’s Action Item drawer.

Assessment and Assignment Settings define when assessment results and scores can be submitted.

When these settings are enabled, assessment results can be submitted when grades are not completed, and/or assessment scores can be submitted when rubric assessment is missing.
