active_assessment_term_code

The currently active assessed term. Official code entered for each term matches the same term code provided in the nightly data files.

active_assessment_term_name

The currently active assessed term. Term name is either manually entered through the the platform’s UI or imported using the Term Template

broken_linked_assignments

Comma separated list of broken linked assignment(s) that exist in the experience(s)-curriculum mapping.

clo_plo_mapping

Mapping between each PLO to CLO.

college_code

Code provided from Student Information System through nightly courses data files or when an Administrative Division is created via the platform’s UI.

college_name

Name provided from Student Information System through nightly courses data files or when an Administrative Division is created via the platform’s UI.

completed_term_count

Count of all completed program assessments across all program versions

course_learning_objective_code

Code is automatically created for each course learning outcome.

course_learning_objective_description

Full description of the course learning outcome.

department_code

Code provided from Student Information System through nightly courses data files or when an Administrative Unit is created via the platform’s UI.

department_name

Name provided from Student Information System through nightly courses data files or when an Administrative Unit is created via the platform’s UI.

experiences

List of all courses or co-curricular activities mapped to the PLO and having a course section in the given term. Multiple experiences are listed as one experience per row.

linked_sections

Comma separated list of the course/co-curricular section unique IDs and section codes that have at least one linked assignment

linked_to_clo

• f - not linked to CLO

• t - linked to CLO

mapping_linked_assignment_count

Count of the total number of mappings with at least one linked assignment.

program_assess_degree_students_only

• f - all degrees assessed

• t - only selected degrees assessed

program_associated_degrees

Selected degrees associated with the program. If blank, no degree was selected on the user interface.

program_code

ID created when a new program is imported via the initial program import during implementation or manually created via the the platform’s UI.

program_coordinators

List of program coordinators associated with the program.

program_id

Program unique id.

program_last_updated_date

Last updated/edited date of the program.

program_name

Name created by the institution.

program_outcome_set_code

Displays all outcome sets that are aligned to the program, in a comma separated list.

program_status

program_version

Program version, each time a program is revised and republished a new program version is created.

related_outcome_code

Institution, College, Department, or External Outcome Code related to the PLO

related_outcome_description

section_broken_assignment_links

• f - no broken assignment links exist in the program

• t - broken assignment links exist in the program

student_outcome_name

Name created for each Program Outcome.

total_possible_linkings_count

Count of the total number of mappings that can be linked to (ex. if there are 3 assignment linkings each in 3 experiences the total count will be 9)

unlinked_sections

Comma separated list of the course/co-curricular section unique IDs that do not have any linked assignments
