Rochester's School of Nursing has their Course Section Directors use the Course Section data collection to reflect on each course's CLOs and assessment data. The form asks for the current assessment being completed to measure each CLO and reflect on ways to improve the assessment to better assess the CLO. In addition, they reflect on course activities that support these CLO and potential improvements. Stevens uses Course Section data collections to look at assessments related to Course Learning Outcomes. Stevens ask for the average performance grade, the description of Assessment Instruments used, and an example of the student work. This form is organized by the faculty submitting assessment information for each CLO that is mapped to a PLO. |

UTK is utilizing the Department data collection to complete their Mid Cycle Reviews by looking at evidence and supplemental reports in response to the previous Academic Program Review (every 5 years). The Review team comments on progress and submits any areas for improvement for each of UTK's 12 Program Dimensions. In addition, UTK's departments are completing the 5 year Academic Program Review. The Department uploads its Self-Study for review and feedback. This is an opportunity to formalize and document the review process. Institutions utilize the workflow feature to have an electronic record of review and approval. Program data collections are unique in their ability to answer questions based on Program Learning Outcomes and their ability to relate to specific outcome sets. Institutions use Programs for both Academic and Administrative Annual Review and Assessment data collections. Programs can be built to house their unique Program Learning Outcomes as well as be associated to various Outcome Sets (this is set on a Program by Program basis). Therefore, only the individual Program's outcomes and outcome sets will appear in their data collection form |
The most frequently used data collection type. Client using at least one Program data collection: Oswego, Georgian, Belmont, Galveston, UTK, JBU, LSSC, Manhattanville, Messiah, NMSUA, TAMIU, TAMU, UMGC, UMN, UTD, Wisconsin, Vernon, Waubonsee Most frequently, clients are using the Program assessment to keep track of measures (both plans and results) and how they will be used to measure and achieve the Student Outcomes.
