When a data collection is published, the Assignments tab loads with all possible participants.
Navigate to the Assignments tab in the Data Collection Manager to individually unassign participants.
The Assignments tab allows you to unassign individual data collection forms. This will remove the form from the Action Items and widget and soft deletes the information in the form.
You can reassign a form, it will repopulate in the user’s Action Items, with the previously submitted data.
In order to prevent having to manually unassign a large number of individual forms, work with HelioCampus to set the Participant Groups when scheduling the data collection. This will allow for only forms to be created for specific groups (the institution, or a certain selection of colleges, departments, administrative divisions, and administrative units).
Participant Groups cannot be adjusted once the data collection is published, but you can adjust individual assignments, so be cautious when considering your participant groups.
