One -
When using a workflow, you have the option to hide questions until the form reaches a specific step of the workflow.
Use Cases:
-
If you have a Review step in the workflow, you can present the Reviewer with a text box for comments or a rubric that was not visible to the first step submitter.
-
One step lists a set of questions where the Coordinator submits their plans and goals for outcomes. Then, in a following step, a list of questions can be presented for the Coordinator to report on the results of the plans and goals submitted in the previous step.
Note: Once the question appears, it will appear with the answer for all following workflow steps. You have the ability to determine whether the question’s response will be editable by users in the subsequent workflow steps.
Two -
In one step you can base the questions that are presented based on the answer to a multi-choice, single answer question.

Undergraduate
Graduate
BothThe next set of questions will be revealed based on the selection of Undergraduate, Graduate, or Both.
